These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of monumentdermatology.com (the "Site") operated by Monument Dermatology, PC. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Not medical advice

Content on this Site is informational. It is not medical advice and does not establish a physician–patient relationship. Information on the Site is no substitute for an in-person evaluation by a licensed clinician. 2. Emergencies

The Site is not for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. See our DermNow page for guidance on what qualifies as a medical emergency.

3. Appointment scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through the EZScheduler online booking widget or by calling the office. Confirmed appointment times are subject to availability and the practice's scheduling policies. The practice reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation and no-show policies are provided at the time of booking. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future visits.

5. Insurance and payment

Monument is in-network with a number of insurers — see the insurances page. Coverage, deductibles, and copays depend on your specific plan. Cash-pay rates are posted on the cash pay page. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt to overload the server)
  • Misrepresent your identity when scheduling or submitting an inquiry

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, logos, images, design — is the property of Monument Dermatology, PC, or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites including our cosmetic practice (esviemedicalspa.com) and external services (Google Maps, EZScheduler). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monument Dermatology, PC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Monument is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to these Terms

Monument may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
