Add-on cost when a biopsy, simple skin lesion removal, or mole removal is performed during the visit. Pathology billed separately by the lab.
Intralesional corticosteroid injection of an inflamed cyst or acne nodule, performed during the visit.
More complex surgical, cosmetic, or laser work is quoted in advance. Ask at booking or at your visit.

You're evaluated by a board-certified dermatologist or PA. Diagnosis, plan, and prescription are handled in the visit. If a procedure is performed, the add-on cost is told to you before it happens.
Pay the visit fee (plus any procedure add-on) at the front desk before you leave. We accept credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.
Some patients have high deductibles and find cash-pay cheaper than the insurance-billed price. Others prefer the simplicity of paying once instead of waiting for explanation-of-benefits statements. Either is fine — you can choose at check-in.
No — cash-pay visits are billed only to you, not to your insurance. We can provide a superbill on request if you want to submit it to your insurance for reimbursement.
No. If a biopsy is performed, the tissue is sent to an outside pathology lab. The lab bills you separately for their work.
Yes — HSA and FSA cards are accepted for medically necessary visits and procedures. They cannot be used for cosmetic services.
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
Follow-up visits are billed at the same cash-pay rate. You can switch from cash to insurance at any future visit if your insurance situation changes.
